It depends on where you subscribed: Subscribed via iOS (App Store): Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find SINE and tap Cancel Subscription. Subscribed via Web: Log in at sine-immersive.com/account and click Cancel Subscription in your account dashboard. You can also use the cancellation link in your subscription confirmation email. Either way, your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Binaural beats work by playing two slightly different frequencies in each ear. Your brain perceives the difference as a third tone, which can help guide your brainwave state. For example, a 200 Hz tone in one ear and a 210 Hz tone in the other creates a 10 Hz Alpha beat associated with relaxation. Headphones are required for the full effect.

The Bio-Resonance feature monitors your heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) during meditation to show how different frequencies affect your body. This is completely optional — you can use all other features without granting HealthKit access. Your health data stays private and is never shared with third parties.

Open your saved preset in the Creator tab, tap the share icon, and select "Share to Community". Your preset will be reviewed by our team before becoming visible to other users. This typically takes less than 24 hours.
